Group Bookings:

At Le Salle Dining, we welcome group bookings for gatherings of all sizes. For online bookings, our maximum capacity is for 5 guests. If your party exceeds 5 guests, please contact us directly via email at reservation@barchaplin.com.au or through our functions page to make arrangements.

We offer options for large group bookings of 6-20 guests, as well as the opportunity to exclusively hire our space for up to 20 guests. Whether you're planning a lunch gathering, birthday celebration, or small company dinner, our team is dedicated to ensuring your event is memorable and enjoyable.

Dietary Requirements:

We understand the importance of accommodating dietary requirements and allergies to ensure all our guests have a pleasant dining experience. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of booking. Our team will do our best to cater to your needs and provide suitable options from our menu.

Before your arrival 

At Le Salle Dining, we strive to provide an exceptional dining experience for all our guests. As our venue does not feature a designated waiting area, we kindly ask that you manage your arrival time for your reservation and respect our neighbors upon arrival and departure.

For dinner reservations, we allocate a 2-3 hour time period to ensure you have ample time to savor each course and enjoy your dining experience to the fullest. Lunch reservations are allocated a 3-hour time period, allowing you to relax and indulge at your leisure.

To secure your booking, we require a credit card pre-authorization. Rest assured, no charges will be made prior to your visit. This is simply to confirm your reservation and ensure the smooth running of our operations.

Cancellation Policy:

At Le Salle Dining, we understand that plans may change unexpectedly. However, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 72 hours' notice in the event of a cancellation.

• Cancellations made with 72 hours or more notice will not incur any charges.

• For cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of $108 per person per booking will be charged. Please contact us via email or phone to inform us of your cancellation.

Surcharges:

• "Please be aware that a 15% surcharge will be added to the total bill on public holidays. Additionally, a 10% surcharge will apply to the total bill on Sundays and for group bookings of 6 guests or more."
