Le Salle is a single menu. Every course, every ingredient, chosen with intention. Our kitchen is small and our sourcing is precise — we order exactly what the menu requires, and nothing beyond it. Due to the rising cost of ingredients, we are unable to accommodate dietary modifications outside of gluten-free, pescatarian, nut allergy, and dairy-free requirements. We ask that guests come with this in mind. The menu is the experience.
