Yes, we do our best to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions with advance notice. Please let us know at the time of booking so we can prepare accordingly.

Our cuisine is modern-european, rooted in the culinary traditions of old-world wine countries. Each seasonal tasting menu is designed to highlight purity of ingredients and reflect our wine-led approach to dining.

How often does the menu change?
Our tasting menus change regularly to showcase the best available produce and the wines we are excited to feature that week.

Do you offer wine pairings?
We do not offer traditional wine pairings. Instead, our premium wine-by-the-glass selection is curated to match the dishes we serve each week. Many of our wines are poured from magnum and are not typically available by the glass elsewhere in Sydney.

What are your menu options and pricing?
We offer two tasting menu formats:
Five courses – $138 per person
Seven courses – $168 per person
A supplementary cheese course is available for $20 per person (minimum two guests, served for the whole table).

Our dining room is intimate and best suited for smaller groups. For private dining or exclusive use of the space, please contact us directly.

No, we are a reservation-only dining room. This ensures we can deliver a thoughtful and unhurried experience for every guest.

How long does the dining experience take?
We do not turn tables, and our service is intentionally unhurried. Guests can expect to spend around 2.5 to 3 hours for a full tasting menu.
