Most restaurants pair wine to food. We do it the other way around. At Le Salle, wine sets the tone for everything — the acidity, the texture, the progression of the evening. Food follows the glass. It’s a simple idea that changes everything about how a meal feels. Our menu shifts every week with the season. No two visits are the same.
